E. Balagurusamy is an Indian educator, engineer and author. He is currently the Chairman of EBG Foundation in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India and the President of the Coimbatore Academy of Sciences. Balagurusamy holds an ME (Hons) in Electrical Engineering, Ph.D in Systems Engineering, both from IIT Roorkee, and a Diploma in Education from U.K. He is also a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers and a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India)
